Effective Date: July 3, 2025Welcome to RallyUp. By using our service, including visiting our website, receiving text messages, or joining a session, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use RallyUp.This site supports A2P 10DLC messaging under the “Customer Care / Session-Based Messaging” use case classification. All messages are one-to-one and tied to user activity on RallyUp.
1. About RallyUp
RallyUp is a tool for organizing local pickleball games. We provide SMS-based notifications and tagging features to help users coordinate matches, track play, and invite the right mix of players.
2. User Responsibilities
By using RallyUp, you agree to:Provide accurate contact informationOnly use RallyUp for legitimate recreational purposesRespect other players and refrain from abuse or harassmentFollow applicable laws, including those related to texting and communicationYou are responsible for any activity conducted through your phone number in the app.
3. Messaging Consent
By joining a game or signing up with RallyUp, you consent to receive text messages related to sessions, invites, and reminders. These messages are transactional only — not promotional.You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
4. Account Deletion
To request deletion of your RallyUp session history or profile, email us at [email protected]. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
5. Service Availability
We do our best to keep RallyUp available and functional, but we offer no guarantees of uptime, delivery speed, or compatibility with all devices and carriers.We may suspend or terminate service at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
RallyUp Connect LLC is not liable for any injuries, disputes, or damages that arise from your use of the app or participation in games organized through it. Use at your own risk.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of RallyUp means you accept the updated Terms.
